The guy's main audience isn't little kids; it's mostly late teens and young adults. AKA People who are generally mature enough to make the distinction for themselves whether or not they wish to do something, and are already pretty much set on their social values.
Sure, this specific livestream is going to be watched by little kids to some degree, but that's going to happen with fucking everything. Its the parents' responsibility if they wish to expose their child to that sort of thing.
