A fake fire starter, based on a cat. While GameFreak’s own Litten fits the same description, Litten manages to escape a few trademark characteristics that may hold a starter concept back. For starters, Litten is not primarily red - this fan-artist seems to have come to the conclusion that all fire starters surely must be. (Another thing to note is that rowlet is not primarily green!) In addition, Litten’s personality not only extends past “cat that’s on fire”, but changes and adapts with each consecutive evolution. Look at a few Litten fan-egos from before Incineroar’s time and see what I mean - each one seemed to have the same intended personality as Litten.
