Samurott and Excadrill are excellent examples of Pokemon from the "sprite era" of the franchise that fail to be given immediate, dynamic depictions. Some species are forgivable, but there are not many who fall under that category. Cannot remember that particular H-Electrode statue, but I do agree that only shillmon and their related groups are given quality, memorable presentations at a first glance.
