>>48358572>Canalave BarryMa'alefa'ak took out Staraptor and Arcanine, Brainiac took down Empoleon, Homelander Snorlax, and Belasco Heracross and Breloom.
>RileyMa'alefa'ak TORE through this battle jesus christ, incinerated every single thing on his team in one hit (that's Choice Specs Adaptability 124 SpA for you lol) except Salamence, who Belasco burned and took down.
>ByronEasiest boss in the entire game, Homelander just sat on his lead Bronzong and Bulk Up'd before punching his team into oblivion. I don't think there's literally any way to ever make Byron difficult, maybe Platinum Kaizo whenever it comes out will prove me wrong.
Another perfectly balanced massacre afterwards, clearly it's too much to ask for something on my team to stick around for more than a badge.
>>48358682I think it's supposed to make it feel like the AI 'predicts' your switch a la a competitive match, but it's not perfectly implemented so it'll end up doing really stupid shit like that. I actually did not know that though, that's good to know.
>why no blunder policyThere's a whole bunch of items not implemented, like Eject Buttons/Packs, Binding Bands, etc. Probably just haven't been put in the game yet as they're focusing on more major stuff like Hardcore/Easy mode, balancing, custom megas, etc.
>>48358923https://www.rebornevo.com/rejuvdev/records/regarding-intense-mode-r37/So you can see the 'official' reason is the dev getting sick of git gud autists, but I have heard his Twitter DMs/Tumblr got swamped with assholes calling for his head.
Another big thing is that the main dev is not the one who actually makes Intense mode teams, it's another dev who's apparently making a Reborn difficulty mod. So I'm guessing the main dev just wanted to cut the baggage off and hand it off to the 'difficulty' guy. If the community made Intense mod is literally just what Intense has always been I'd be happy to nuzlocke it, but I'll just wait to see.
