Would probably be a distribution of 12 of them, 2 egg moves / 2 TMs (with two other egg moves relearnable) if I went for it.
I'll have to first finish getting the power items I lack though, and breeding swinubs, and finish figuring out what the "ideal" EV spread for Adamant Mamoswine is If you're reading this and know what you're talking about, I'm currently thinking of a spread of 148 HP / 252 Atk / 64 Spd, to allow for 11 attacks with LO and outspeed 8 Spd Rotom-W. Not sure what to do with the other 44 EVs, however.
