Weavile is more deserving of a Mega than Flareon because holy fuck we need a good Ice-type Mega and Weavile is one of the few candidates that Game Freak probably won't manage to fuck up. Also considering what Flareon has to work with, the odds of Game Freak making a Mega for it that isn't garbage
