That said, it should pop up if you haven't opened your WPs in a while. If you opened recently then it may not show up until another WP expires.
Keep in mind the god pack might not show up the first try. If it doesn't, you need to wait for the dud pack to expire AND wait for that dud to be pushed out of the WP rotation, which could take several hours.
