Kalos Opera Hall built and implemented in Z or X2/Y2 to house Meloetta. To enter the Opera House, you need to form a team of sound Pokémon and speak with a small girl in Lumiose City. She'll be in a new café (named something tasteful, but for now the working title would be "Café Lyrique" where you can ask several other NPCs to play special music that can be found throughout the game at a moment's notice. She gives you an extra ticket to an Opera from many years ago, claiming that her grandmother gave these tickets to her mother before she fell sick and died unexpectedly. She remarks that the Opera Hall is now rebuilt, but was once located somewhere else.
After you go to the Opera Hall with the ticket, you enter during a performance and suddenly you see Meloetta in the rafters of the stage. You must interrupt the performance! As you stand and head towards the stage, instrumentalists start challenging you to battles (Lv. 50+ Pokémon)! After you've defeated them all, you're able to access the staircase backstage and you meet Meloetta on the highest floor of the Opera Hall, overlooking Lumiose through a window.
