What other state says you can knowingly lie to your partner about having AIDS and it's just a misdemeanor, but not calling some tranny "xir" is a jailable offense? Every other week, it feels like their State Assembly is passing some new LGBT crap. There might be cities in the U.S. that are as bad as California, but I don't think any other statewide government is as extreme.
