>>47787542The battle with Elesa was surprisingly hard. I decided to lead with the team's new member, Quadrophenia the Palpitoad. I was originally going to lead with Audino so I could Thunder Wave and Light Screen to ensure Quadrophenia's safety, but I figured that the thing could survive. I never gave it an eviolite, so the thing ends up nearly dying. I switch to Gold Experience, and Thunder Wave, and I'm forced to switch to Auld Yeller once Gold is on low HP. Auld Yeller ends up in yellow health as well, so I have to switch to Gold again. Thankfully, I realized that Elesa's Emolga will always use Volt Switch on Audino and will always use Aerial Ace on Quadrophenia, so I switch between the two so that Audino can get health back from Regenerator. When I got lucky enough with the para + attract hax, I set up Work Up and used Secret Power to sweep. Without Gold Experience, I would've wiped.
In the battle with Clay, I start off by setting up with Gold Experience and Auld Yeller. Clay's Krokorok has Swagger, so whenever Gold gets confused, I switch into Auld for the Intimidate debuff and the Regenerator health boost. Once I finish setting up enough Flashes, I set up a Reflect, switch to Quadrophenia, and then use Rain Dance. Quadrophenia has Swift Swim, so it's able to outspeed and one shot all of Clay's team.
