A big D ring probably sounds the most useful if you're mostly gonna keep em in a box or flat on a shelf I feel. the bigger zippered binders are pretty unwieldy so a D ring probably isn't much different as long as you're not turning pages like a gorilla. Maybe a 2x2 zip binder for your absolute faves and the D ring/boxes for the rest.
