The cactuar also points to Overqwil, since their sig moves' JP names are virtually identical. Every one of them maps 1:1 to a new Pokémon or regional form in PLA. It felt like Christmas morning seeing the datamine corroborate them one by one, especially the "heart contrail legendary" puzzle, which we had narrowed down from further hints to either Genie #4 or regional Manaphy. Khu is legit. His personality leaves something to be desired, but there is no denying he's got genuine insider information.
With that said, there is something I'm skeptical about.
