Manaphy is for multi-target snipe like Greninja and the new Zapdos, since they can take 2 prizes from single prize decks. But Manaphy might see an uptick with 151, since Mew ex can copy whatever snipe the opponent has.

>there's no meta bombs to shake it up or counters to current meta decksThere's some stuff in here, we get the Xatu engine, Skeledirge might become viable, all stage 2 decks get evo TM for more consistent evolutions (hopefully getting rid of Arceus), and mantle could finally enable stage 2 single prizers.
I personally hope Valiant and Hand aren't too broken, since you could make a deck with them + Xatu, a bunch of switches and a couple luminous.
