Cinderace and Lucario are brothers one wittles you down from ranged and the other dashes in and cleans up then dashes out, anytime they wander into a lane and the players are even remotely decent the game becomes harder. Any character in A+ is solid all around and a great pick as long as the player knows what hes doing in solo and team.
Slow bro is a CC bot and you can literally one by one pick off the enemy team if your coordinating with one i honestly love that character.
Gengar is the most downplayed mon because there faggot players dont want him nerfed more.
Anything in B+ tier are usually the solo q noob stompers and out of them Charizard is the most solid once he gets going being able to ult and destroy squishes in the back during team fights.
The big problem with Gardevoir and CHOMP is even if fed all game once they get going as carry mon they dont carry hard enough to justify being weak half the game maybe more if you keep getting jumped, the only character in this game that really needs help is chomp.I dont feel strong even if i farm properly i dont feel great if another person is playing him and hes pretty much free exp if you jump him early game while gardevoir isnt in the same tier because atleast outside of her ult she can moonblast>X whichever skill you chose and do massive damage.
Best items to max are both headbands and buddy barrier after that max out whatever you want.
