>>39783475I would be the jerk main rival's friend who does battles alongside him a few times in the story. The player partnering with the doofus who gets the leftover starter. I wouldn't be rude to them though, and could be found throughout the games, observing and offering friendly battles with the option to say no. It turns out I was working with the villains the whole time, but somehow I get away/forgiven in the end when everyone else gets busted.
I would have a Gastly, and later Haunter who I let linger about outside their balls, drifting in and out of visibility. Haunter wouldn't evolve though, even when the rest of my party has. Obnoxious poison + sleep inducing special attacker team.
