Fairy needed another weakness, specifically a more common one, and Electric made sense because as being of nature fae hate/are weak against technology, which Electric represents. I also gave Electric a corresponding Fairy resist.
Giving Electric an offensive buff to make Electric types more threatening isn't too much of a problem in my mind due to the prevalence of strong Ground types that shut them down.
I gave Poison a buff in the form of being super effective against Water, since pollution corrupts sources of water. I also gave Psychic a resistance to it to balance it out a little.
I gave Ice two more resistances, Dragon and Water, since it only had one before despite many Ice types being defensively inclined.
Both of the last two changes hurt Water a little bit, but I think Water was already a good enough type that it's still decently balanced, and I couldn't find any reasonable ways to buff it to offset the nerfs.
The Ice buff also slightly hurts Dragon, but I feel like nerfing Fairy indirectly helps out Dragon so it's not a problem. Plus Dragon isn't exactly a bad type even now.
