>>36063064I do not want a hyper realistic story or the exaggerated heroic fantasy, but it would be a good detail to show more development of the world they have built, for example to show that adults never fight with their entire team against a child, mostly because of a code self-imposed ethic in the same way that you would not compete against a child in real-life sports (generally speaking).
I do not know if I express this idea well, I mean I like the anime with everything and its goffiness, but I would like they give us more background and if possible a little serious touch, the dies of Stoudland was a good example.
>I just want the endless treasure of lore to be used with well thought out writing and brand new characters each reboot. I like Ash, especially this last incarnation that feels like a real child, he and pikachu are the face of the franchise and I would not like them to be eliminated, but what I do agree is that they should introduce new characters with different perspectives, for example they could have episodes where they will show us other trainers (new and old) in their own trips and experiences in different places, something similar to what they did with Chronicles, in this way they would not saturate the episodes with the same plot and expand more the lore.
