>>51188878Back in 2019 I mostly relied on people's gifts and gold badge gyms for my items. The pandemic also made Pokéstops unnecessary outside the one-per-day streaks. As for the XP, I did a ton of raids in 2018 and 2019, I have over 100 best friends, and I've been heavily farming excellent catches since they made them give 1k XP. Finally being able to solo mega raids also helps.
