so let's say instead of doing something like pic related, i make Holon city be more like the city from Reborn, cut out most of Kanto, keep Cerulean, Pewter and Lavender and then maybe add a town or two around Holon; would that be enough for a smaller region? i might also find a way to shoehorn in some anime locations and maybe hollywood
