>>45677113Brainlet here, but from what I've gathered: Pokemon have "PVP IVs" when they have 0 (or low) atk but 15 (or high) def and HP. The reason for this is that you need your Pokemon's CP to be at or below 1500 for the Great League and at or below 2500 for the Ultra League and the atk IV has the least bearing on CP for some reason.
For Master's League and for raiding you want 15/15/15 IVs, or perfect/hundo/4* (means the same) so you get the most CP possible
