Colosseum/XD<->RSEFrLg is region locked
Gen 3->4 is region locked (except for Korea, which can transfer from US or JP).
Gen 4->5 is locked by language (of the game cart)
Gen 5->bank is not region locked
All Gen 6/7 games are worldwide releases, no region locking connecting to bank.
Only thing I can't confirm is Bank->Home, as I haven't done that yet (doing the same thing you are right now).
Also if you want to transfer a bunch of pokemon, consider using PKHex. Also allows you to keep your previous gen saves untouched (in case you want to try Frontier/Subway stuff).
