Only set up for 4 turns at the start then use stored power for 2 turns(or do 3 iron defense and 3 stored powers I just wanted him to shield up faster) just to get your tera ready asap
Chesnaught will reset your buffs after 6th turn,
once stat resets just hit a weak stored power to get your Tera active,
depending on your HP either just die or just start boosting again chesnaught isn't very strong so you probably can just do the full stored power set up + cheer up and its pretty easy ,he will reset stats again later but just set up again(cheer up isn't necessary) and you'll kill him.
you can reset for intimidate NPC but i did it once with and another without (since my game froze after i do the raid again) so had to do it twice
