I remember getting Silver version when it came out, getting Togepi, and using exclusively just Togepi until it evolved, eager to see what it became. It only knew Metronome to attack back then, and I was unfamiliar with the then new happiness mechanic. Sucker didn't evolve until like level 42 in Rocket Hideout, having been leveled exclusively with Metronome, resetting anytime I got Selfdestruct or Explosion.
I don't know what I expected, but a fatter version of itself with a neck was not it. Not to mention it only got Double-Edge after that, so it felt just awful. Remember that before its art got refined, it was just a tan colored flesh blob, with the same markings as its egg for some reason. Biggest letdown of the series for me.
