>>50454228I'm still partial to HGSS, but I think Sun/Moon are quite enjoyable. I really like a lot of the new Pokemon designs over the last two gens before it, the region looks nice and is comfy and theres a lot of overall quality of life improvements.
I do think though overall it contributed to the overall decline of the franchise with things like the poor map design, simplification, bombardment with an uninteresting plot, etc.
