>>39682157Most people here wouldn't recommend any of the 3DS games, they've gotten noticeably less passionate after all of the Gen V controversy, but it really depends on what you play the games for. I'd personally say BW because all of the Pokemon available until beating the Elite 4 are debut Pokemon so it's a good fresh start, but as said Gen V is pretty controversial in its execution so it can also be a huge turn-off.
