It's difficult to find a way for it to not live in M-Mawile's shadow. I was thinking of giving it Contrary, as it gets both Close Combat and Superpower, and it would eat up all those delicious Intimidates flying around. I'm open to suggestions, however.
For the stat spread, I was thinking:
HP: 90
ATK: 150 (+30)
DEF: 95 (+20)
SPA: 30 (-30)
SPD: 74 (+14)
SPE: 111 (+66)
One speed point lower than M-Lucario, ties with regular forme Tornadus and Thundurus. Minmaxy bullshit.
Give it Iron Head and maybe Meteor Mash .
