>>20819664I don't know how the VGC's current legality checkers (if any) work; but after Raygislash and SeJun's perfect event Magmortar, it doesn't look like they care all too much about a little tweaking. I honestly think a PowSav'd mon shouldn't be a problem so long as the moveset is kosher and its IVs don't exceed 31. So far, Datel's keeping its codes within these limits.
