In theory, this is a versatile offensive mon able to run a band/scarf set, an AV set, or a counter-lead set. It would also probably make a good cleaner.
I never see Levitate as a slashed ability, save for Bronzong, so I wanted to toy with it here. I also wanted to capture that "third type" feel some pokemon have, by giving it lots of flying stuff
This thing probably isn't OU by a long shot, but hopefully it can at least be a RU threat or something.
I'm unsure if Strong Jaw is good enough to consider running over Levitate on an offensive set, even with *all* of the fang moves, so Sheer Force is a possibility.
