The concentrated blast of navy blue and midnight black electric energy is shot from Elekid's head plugs like a cannon, heading straight for the rampaging Scyther. Scyther notices the attack, and responds in kind by charging forward, although this time, he intends to kill. His scythes will tipped with blood this time.
