At least a chameleon styled after James Bond was an IDEA, which is more than I can say for Voltorb ("hey, what if Pokeball with eyes!?"), which only gets a pass due to the meme points it gets for being known for blowing up.
And because there's so much shitty dex. filler (Seaking, Luvdisc, Chatot, Lumineon, Squawkabilly, and Wugtrio also come to mind, among others), giving you endless "safe" pics that are inarguably worse than more prominently hated examples like Inteleon, I honestly think a more interesting question would be "what is your biggest guilty pleasure Pokemon?", which for me has gotta be pic related.

Yeah, it's a fucking shamefully bad design. But I love it anyway.
