HATEHATEHATE, while the normal, indiscriminate people will be like "oh look, a gay couple," and move on. Sure, it'll show a gay couple, but guess what? A major franchise showing gay people will barely affect the "gay rights" cause in any way. It may be something supportive, sure, but going around saying "look! Pokemon supports gay people!" Will do absolutely nothing, because pokemon is an international franchise made overseas. It will carry little meaning whatsoever, and politicians would laugh at the idea that ADULT MEN/WOMEN are using a children's game as advocation for their cause. And the arguement that it would expose kids to the homosexual aspect of society is true, but do you honestly think that children will think that much of it?
