If Game Freak was capable of making an open world with an actual atmosphere like World of Warcraft managed even with bad graphics 20 years ago, Legends could be great.
But as of now it's bound to be garbage. Game Freak couldn't even put a proper forest in their Sinnoh open world, so obviously they won't manage to do a jungle for an open world in Hoenn.
