They literally tell people to keep to certain standards which you can somewhat drop after getting contributor, which is just unfair to normal builders a lot of the time since they'll see posts of a certain quality, think that's the standard that approvers and mods are looking for, and then lose a ton of upload slots once all those posts get deleted.
