There's two different "types" of intros.
>Minor trainer intros that go "pose -> freeze frame -> throw" like the Lass>and major trainer intros that involve a full model animation with complementing camera angles/animation.Any "champion" would HAVE to have the latter.
But the rainbow thing is the former.
In fact, the rainbow and the intros that follow it seem to be oddly more detailed.
The minor intros before them are generic ones for single and double trainer battles, so why would these ones be special and not have double variants?
Maybe they're some kind of mini-boss type deal, not exactly a major trainer, but not a generic NPC.
