Adjust your plastic pegs straight and realign the metal part so it's balanced and make sure the rubber band is all the way up close to metal bar in the middle so your phone is balanced. Also check your plastic pegs and see if theres any dents or craters caused by the metal rods swinging that probably grinded them down and put some tape and clean the metal ends because all that plastic dust build up can slow it down.
