So, from there, the shrink just makes sure it isn't causing mental or physical harm to them or others, and the dragonkin can continue to safely dragon wherever it's safe and comfortable to do so. Just like how chr*stians are fine as long as they don't go "I SAW THE BABY JEEZUS IN MY TOAST AND HE TOLD ME TO RUN OVER A PUPPY SO I DID!!!" or shit like that.
