Humans eventually evolved (Literally) into the modern humans of the Pokémon world. They are way to genetically distinct from Pokémon now to breed with them and create offspring. It would be like a human trying to impregnate a gorilla. Shit humans completely forget that Pokémon come from eggs at some point in Pokémon humans history. You'd think a Pokefucker would notice their baby mamas laying eggs and it would be more common knowledge around the Pokémon world.
