The entire vending series is safe, Pikachu is always safe - the combo is just nice.

unrelated; another good investment piece are base set or jungle/fossil holos they will certainly spike in the next decade but the charizard holo in particular is a good buy mine has jumped from $30-$200+ in like 3 years
