And even if it find a LO one the speed won't activate in the first turn so there could be a gamble match.
It literally needs a 252HP 252SpD spread to survive the draco meteor and I don't think anyone will run that just for the sake of that.
But by looking at it it actually looks great in general though, it's going to be good but at the same time balanced depending on how the rules will be. I can see people running Greninja just for the sake of it though.
