I know Beartic is semi-usable in Doubles. In fact, it's one of my favorite rain-abusers to use. A Swift Swim Ice-Type is very unique, and the rain offers a useful Fire neutrality. Combined with the unique offensive typing, it makes Beartic very unique in Doubles. It has a good movepool, and just decent-enough stats to take advantage of Swift Swim. My favorite of which are the two priority moves it gets access to, Ice Shard and Aqua Jet. Ice Shard is STAB, and a very useful STAB at that, while Aqua Jet gets boosted by the rain
I just think Beartic could be way better than it currently is. At least replace Snow Cloak with Tough Claws. No giant-ass polar bear should be using snow to fucking hide. Run? maybe, but not hide. It should be tearing shit apart with it's giant claws
