Trainer ones. Yours also look like they're in perfect condition, you should spread them out and show some. Here's all the promos pulled from the folder, I decided not to instant sleeve and instead let them breathe for a few minutes worried there might be some kind of residue left over. Thankfully none of the promos were damaged at all (at least from the folder) but those two Japanese cards near the end were stuck back to back and did tear very slightly, the first victims but thankfully it was just two random item cards. Still have the rest of the Japanese cards to take out I wonder how many victims we'll have by the end of it
