>>57542618>flagrantly missing the pointNo, explain Regal's justification for existing. You're basically saying "it's cool so it should be added and you can re-type everything based off an approximation of a leader for my autism". I want to know what makes Regal an inherent magical energy to the universe, why do these pokémon have regal compared to something more fitting like their OG types, given they're conceived via briefs that detail exactly what the director's looking for (clefairy was always seen as a magical pixie thing, so it becoming Fairy was in line with its OG concept). Backstabbing would be seen as a Dark trait in Pokémon, given they're all about fighting dirty or just straight up heinous (Crossroad Killing, to the point arsepull frog had to be given "Cut" as the writers didn't want kids running around yelling "Crossroad Killing" in the playground, regardless the context) so you're really not explaining your concept here too well. Needs to have more weight and thought to be something other than an effect of the world (like someone having a theme team of regal looking pokéon like Serperior, Empoleon and Tyrantrum).
That'[s what all you typefags forget - it's supposed to be a presentation of a living, breathing universe, not a self-aware video game that actively adapts as its roster grows.
