Battle revolution went to great lengths to characterize every pokemon. Even weaklings that people are hardly ever likely to use got signature animations, giving them each a unique identity. They could have just made Seedot hop up and down with the argument that nobody is likely to use Seedot or care about it, but the animators clearly cared and poured a lot of love into this.
