>>52126115Honestly I think Volt Absorb is the preferred ability for Kilo in singles. That Electric immunity is too good to pass up for a rain team, especially since a lot of the good Water/Ground types and Ferrothorn are gone. Competitive might edge it out in doubles, but Wind Power feels to situational to rely on. Do we even know how much it boosts the next Electric attack?
Thunder, Hurricane, and Weather Ball are obviously locks for its moveset, but the fourth option feels like a tossup. It feels too frail to make good use of Roost, especially post nerf. I was originally thinking Volt Switch, but someone proposed U-turn since nothing is immune to it and it triggers fewer opposing abilities. I kind of wish it could learn Rain Dance on its own just in case of emergencies if Pelipper goes down, since it truly is depending on weather to do its job well. At least Talonflame can learn it now, right? /s
