I played Soverign in the Sky recently, and I broke down laughing when I realized it was basically just Golden Sun but pretending to be pokemon, and like... while that was hilarious before I realized that, I realized I was really enjoying the starting area because it was nice and spaceous, and the characters knew you, there was a school, the fuckin' houses had bathrooms and clearly looked lived in. And was it all necessary? Nah, but it added something and it was enough of a unique twist that I overlooked it literally just being Golden Sun.
>>46518608I think you sit down, and you grind out content. When I started with my project, I was alone, I didn't know how to do anything, but I slowly pulled it all together. As people see your hard work, they'll be interested in helping you out. Do everything you can yourself. Don't put out the call, unless you absolutely need help somewhere.
