The Miraidon and Garde ones have a good chunk of cards that are about to rotate out and become unusable, so I'd go with the Charizard one or wait until the end of April for the Dragapult one if you want one that you can just take to a locals and play out of the box.
Elite Trainer Boxes give you stuff like dice and condition counters with a random assortment of energies which can be nice to have if you're just starting out with nothing, but you can just grab those from ebay without having to deal with the current shitshow around buying ETBs and packs.
