>>33493654The level curve susposes that you will get underleveled by the time you reach clair because the wild encounters are 25-28ish so you don't get as much EXP and Clair's Kingdra is at level 41 where if you made a full 6 member team by time you reach there, you'll end up having them at lv 35-38 which instantly triggers people like the one you replied to, because you aren't always on the same level as the upcoming gym/major battle. The second one is in Kanto just because they haven't altered the original Kanto encounters, you'll find lvl 5 pokemons on route 3-4 etc.
this doesn't affect the game at all, of course, that's the whole meme. The ones who are assblasted by this are the ones who simply couldn't find a legit flaw about HGSS.
