I know this general also thought that Lyra was better than Phoebe at first, but give me a break. Fucking Liza is a better support than her. Even if you for some reason decide to waste a Sync move on her (most matches end before you can Sync or right after a Sync) and then you switch out, you basically just have a Pokemon with +2 on everything (one between Attack/Sp. Atk doesn't matter, Def and Sp. Def might not matter at all if opponent is a crit machine like many opponents so far, ACCURACY OVER CRIT LUL) which you could've accomplished just on your own because every fucking trainer comes with X- something (except Lance apparently, RIP).
I'm posting all this as a huge Leaf fag as well, I'm very mad at everything I'm reading. Generic random support with Venusaur would've been way better.
