I send in Bubbles, who Storm Drains the Hydro Pump.
Milotic Flails, and Bubbles hits it with a HP Electric Crit.
Milotic Recovers, and Bubbles uses the first of five Sludge Waves
Milotic uses Flail, Recover, Safeguard and Flail in that order, but Bubbles slowly wears it down and takes it out.
>BewearI send in Maggie, and Bewear uses Pain split(I have no idea why Lusamine would do this- not only does the Pain Split benefit my Granbull, if my Gastrodon stayed in, she would benefit even more from it).
Bewear uses Pain Split again, and Play Rough does less than impressive damage against the monstrously bulky mon. It does cause an Attack drop though.
Another Pain Split(at least this one benefits Bewear?) allows Maggie to safely Bulk Up.
Bewear misses a Hammer Arm, and Maggie keeps Bulking Up.
A final completely pointless Pain Split later, Play Rough ends the fight.
The newcomers prove their mettle, even if it was against a really stupid Lusamine(what was with that Pain Split spam?).
