>>24644238That can easily be solved if you get a Mega Memory Card to permanently backup your save files. Then you can either reload the save after you change the battery, put it on a working cart, load it on a flashcart where you won't have to worry about it ever dying, or permanently saved on your PC and use it with emulators.
